I’ve been asked a couple of times this week if we take telephone orders, which was a bit of a surprise as I thought all fish & chip shops did!
Needles to say I offered the customer a flyer which has our full menu and our phone number on, as well as our standard offer of 10% off all telephone orders over £25.
This got me thinking though, so I’ve decided to make this post to both spread the word and make a special offer even better!
To add to the regular option of phoning your order through to 01274 639435, we’ve made placing an order even easier: you can send an email to orders@peelparkfisheries.com, we’ll even reply so you know we’re working yon your order straight away!
Also, I’ve decided to make our standard offer even better: Until the end of December we will give 10% off all telephone or email orders over only £10, so almost anyone can take advantage and get the savings!
For most orders we only need 10 minutes notice before collection, but for orders over £25 we’ll need time to cook and package the food, so we ask for 30 minutes notice. If the order is very large please get in touch first – we had an order for 24 fish & chips last week, and needless to say needed a bit of time to get it all ready!
Remember anyone can place an order, you don’t have to be a business. So if you are not wanting to hang around just give us a call and we’ll have your food ready for you by the time you get here!
